Participation - both participants
and trainers get involved in the
whole community education
process i.e. identification of
training needs, implementation,
and evaluation

students. Both brining in inputs
to the situation
Dialogue and praxis - new levels
of knowledge are created with the
exchange and dialogue of the
trainers and learners, which are
transformed into concrete actions to
address the situation of the poor
