Chapelwood School Reminders for the week of April 7, 2014 ...

April Tuition - The last tuition payment for this school year was due Tuesday, April 1 . A
late fee will be posted next Monday, April 7 at 2:00 p.m. for payment not yet received.

Fall 2014 - 2015 Enrollment Paperwork - Enrollment paperwork, along with your May
2015 statement, will go out next week in the take-home folders. This paperwork must be
completed and hand delivered to Sherry Spencer by Thursday, May 1. Please
remember that we will be accepting only completed sets of paperwork, which includes
the Health Form signed by the doctor. Also, remember to fill in all blanks and sign and
date where applicable, and call Sherry Spencer if you have questions about completing
the paperwork. Please stop by the office if you do not receive your paperwork next
week. If you registered your child for the next school year, but your plans have changed,
and he/she will not be returning, please let us know, so that we can offer his/her spot to
another child on our wait list.

Teacher Appreciation Opportunities We have 2 more Teacher Appreciation
opportunities coming up!
Wednesday, April 16th we will have an Easter Egg Hunt for the Teachers and

Staff on the playground before the school day begins. We need 2 $15 donations
(gift cards or fun gifts like hand towels/styro cups/plants/bath products) per
classroom to make this a success.
Please sign up to volunteer for the May 7th Teacher Appreciation Luncheon! We
are looking for volunteers to work in each classroom from 12-1:30 and for
underwriters for door prizes and favors. Special thanks to the Torres Family and
Guadalajara Hacienda for providing lunch! Click here for more details.

PTO Meeting The last PTO meeting for this school year will be held next Wednesday,
April 9 at 9:15 a.m. in Room CB208

Easter Holidays - The school and office will be closed Friday, April 18 and Monday, April
21 for the Easter Holidays.
