The monthly meeting of Harrington Grove Community Association was

held on September 24, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at St. Francis of Assisi, the President
being in the chair. All members were present except Matt Cronlund.

The minutes of the last meeting were reviewed and approved.

Matoka Snuggs reported that the replacement of the fences to vinyl


were in Stage 3. She will email Wakefield Nursery re overgrown trees near
the fence.

The overgrown common area has been cleared but not seeded yet.

Pringle reported that the city will replace the stop signs in The
Commons but had not replied to the sufficiency of our petitions regarding
stop signs and speed limit.

Hutson advised that the winter edition of the Newsletter would be


ready in late November.

Pringle made the following motions:

That the bid of $540 for Wakefield Nursery to clean up the area behind
Culberton near Hickory Grove Church Road be approved; and

That the bid of $1,440 to enlarge the catch basin behind Raddington also be
approved.

Both motions passed after debate.

The 2010 Budget was discussed. It was decided that the $1,500
Rewards item be added to Social.

Thereafter the Board went into Executive Session. The meeting


adjourned at 8:10 P.M.
