THE CURRENT SITUATION OF THE WORKING CONDITIONS IN THE COMPANY
Introduction The purpose of this report is to outline the complaints of the companies staff about their working conditions and their reasons. It will also be suggested some recommendations for dealing with these complains. The report is based on a questionnaire and the focus group discussion with those who filled in the questionnaires. Comp!int" The main reason for their complaints is the lack of communication with superiors; as a result there is a general confusion in the company about their tasks and responsibilities. Another reason is the poor working conditions, meaning that the equipment is quite obsolete, thats why the productivity rate is rather low. Another encountered reason is the annoying heat inside the offices that really burdens the working conditions, especially in summer; as a consequence nobody accomplishes their tasks completely. Although in the questionnaire most people identified the level of salary, rewards and promotions as their main area of dissatisfaction, the results of the focus group discussion indicated that this is less important than the other reasons.
