I have to
decide that Microsoft ERP solution which is known as Microsoft Dynamics is best suited
for the organization in the case study. The company in the case falls in the Tier 2
category and Microsoft is best in this category according to the fact and figures Microsoft
is number in Tier 2 category. The company was facing the major problem of sending and
receiving the data on and from the main office because every office is using its own ERP
solution which best suites them.
Their main problem was of data migration and Microsoft dynamics has vast range of
other softwares on which data can be migrated easily. Microsoft has a wide range of
office solution like excel, word etc which helps to maintain basic documents so Microsoft
dynamics will synchronize with these applications easily. Microsoft also provides data
migration options from different ERP solutions like Sage, Oracle and many others.
So Microsoft Dynamics will provide the best solution for the problem of data migration
and maintain a central record of all the data of different offices. Now I will like to talk

most user friendly interface it does not have any complexity it is very simple to use.

also takes less time to be implemented in the organization then other ERP solutions. It is
cheaper than SAP and Oracle. The payback period of Microsoft is also better than other
