Dear Hon. Mary Grace O'Brien, :
On April 28, 2014 in your Court House I came across an Order from 1990. The Judges in the Circuit
Court of Prince William County had all recused themselves over a Mechanics Lien to be heard in your
court with myself, David Grenadier and Ilona Ely Grenadier as Defendants. On your Order of April 4,
2014 I wrote on the Order I felt you showed Bias when in court you said you would not rule on the
Counter Claim and then added to the Order that it was inappropriate. I than filed a Motion for Default
Judgment as attorney Ben DiMuro lied in his documents that he filed in the court and then again in
Court. You ruled again without a hearing. That you allowed over $12,000. In legal fees, there is no
question of your Bias even to a lay person.
I have attached to this documents that I have filed with the Supreme Court of Virginia. This is your
chance to do the right thing and recuse yourself and file the appropriate documents with the Supreme
Court of Virginia.
If you should choose not to do that, I will go through the Appeal with the State of Virginia. I will
consider you in collusion to deny Due Process, Treason on the Court, as well as being involved with
Fraud on the Court, the collusion to willfully and knowingly deny Me my United States Constitutional
Rights, My Virginia Constitutional rights in court.
