Istrian Malvasia Coronica

Istrian Malvasia is a dry white wine with a blend of fine and gentle aromas, emphasized in
constant structure.
Through the cold maceration process this wine gets a unique taste of fullness. The flower and
resin aroma, a bouquet of Mediterranean atmosphere makes this wine an ideal match to fish
and sea fruit dishes. Served at little less cool, it pairs well with poultry and dishes with white
truffles. To be served 8-14C, depending on the type of the food.


Gran Malvazija Coronica
Istrian malvazija with burgundy style. Mature, full body, massive, delicious, lively, with
complex smell that opens in great style. At the beginning secondary aromas of minerals,
yeast, bread crust and butter prevail, when opening it reveals also a taste of almonds, vanilla
and very mature fruity aromas of peach and apricot. The taste is extraordinary: complex, but
extremely harmonious. Serve it at a temperature of 14C, never too cold, because rich aromas
and taste would remain hidden.

Gran Teran Coronica
Red wine with an attractive intensive and bright ruby red color. At smell, aromas of mature
mixed berries mix up with notes of smoke. A full body and round wine whose taste of mature
mixed berries, cinnamon, clove and smoke persists for the whole time. An accurate selection
of best quality grapes and a careful work in the cellar are an integral part of the character of
this wine, and it makes it the ideal partner for game and dry meat dishes.
Serve at 16 18 C . Decant half an hour before serving.
