Sir tee

To be honest, sir tee's role as a pc means he spends lesser time with the platoon and his work is mostly
done behind the scene, thus, it is hard for us to truly understand him. Nevertheless, i feel that he is a
caring yet strict PC who knows when to be strict and when to loosen up.. And even though less time is
spent on the ground compared to the SGTs, I know that behind the scene he works really hard not just
in ensuring smooth training but also the welfare of the platoon. Sir Tee also has a cheerful disposition
and will always be there to lend a listening ear or to encourage the recruits.

Sgt say wee

Sgt say wee is a nice and caring commander who would always encourage the recruits and help them
adapt and excel in army life. Although he is a patient "teacher/instructor", he has a very good sense of
timing and he is strict and ensures discipline at the appropriate times. His outgoing and humble nature
endears him to the platoon.

Sgt khairi

Sgt khairi is one who has the respect of the platoon. One can feel that he has the platoon at heart in all
his actions. he is a professional soldier that does his best in coaching his recruits, raising their standards
and fighting for their welfare. One thing that I really liked about sgt khairi was he wld always ask for
feedback on the training, explain the rationale behind it and giving us useful tips.

Sgt Tyron

Sergeant Tyron has high standards and expectations of the platoon and does his best in teaching us. He
is a cool person too with a cool spiky hairdo!

Sgt Chris
Sergeant Chris is a capable and charismatic individual. He leads the team with pride and prejudice. He
also demonstrates great sense and sensibility, and I am confident he will help shape a great fighting
force in times of war and peace. Crime and punishment are dealt out in proportionate amounts by chris.
Chris had great expectations of us. He makes NS feel like a midsummer's night dreams and inspires us to
have the audacity of hope. He reminds me of dreams from my father and gives us the true military
experience of black hawk down.
