You have clearly decided in favour of a modern and high quality product. These
operating instructions are a component of this product. They contain important
information about safety, operation and disposal. Before using this product,
familiarise yourself with all of these operating and safety instructions. Use this
appliance only as described and only for the specied areas of application.
Additionally, pass these operating instructions on to whoever might acquire the
appliance at a future date.

Intended use
This appliance is intended for the removal of dirt and stains by using steam in
domestic households, for example...
smooth surfaces: work surfaces, tiles, stove tiles, windows, mirrors
hard-to-reach areas: corners, joints, louvers, WC, bathroom ttings, etc.
textiles: curtains, cushions, clothing, car seats.
This appliance is not intended:
for use outdoors,
for use with liquids other than water
for use in commercial or industrial applications.

Risks can be engendered by the appliance if it used for unintended purposes
and/or other types of use.
Use the appliance exclusively for its intended purposes.

intended purposes. Observe the procedures described in these operating
instructions. Claims of any kind for damage resulting from unintended use,
incompetent repairs, unauthorised modication or the use of unauthorised
spare parts will not be accepted. The operator alone bears liability.
Safety instructions
RISK OF ELECTRIC SHOCK
Connect the appliance only to correctly installed mains power sockets
supplying a mains voltage of 220 - 240 V ~ / 50 Hz.
In the event of operating malfunctions and before cleaning the appliance,
disconnect the plug from the mains power socket.
To disconnect, always pull the plug itself from the mains power socket, do
not pull on the power cable.
Do not kink or crimp the power cable and place it in such a way as to
prevent anyone from stepping on or tripping over it.
To avoid risks, arrange for defective plugs and/or power cables to be
replaced at once by qualied technicians or our Customer Service
Department.
Ensure that the power cable cannot become wet or damp while the appliance is in operation. Place it such that it cannot be squashed or damaged.
Should the appliance, the power cable or the plug become damaged,
to avoid personal risks arrange for it/them to be repaired or replaced by
Customer Services.
First disconnect the appliance from the mains power socket before lling it
with water, changing accessories or cleaning it.
Use the appliance only in indoor areas, not outdoors.
NEVER submerse the appliance in water or other liquids!
NEVER aim the steam jet directly at electrical appliances or equipment
which contain electrical components, such as the interior of ovens.

Never leave a heat-generating device unattended! After use or during work
pauses, ALWAYS remove the plug from the mains power socket. The appliance heats up and generates steam pressure continuously when the plug is
connected to a mains power socket!
Use the appliance only with dry hands and never without shoes (i.e. not
barefoot). This will help reduce the eect of an electric shock in the event of
a malfunction.
NEVER aim the appliance at moisture-sensitive objects.
This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children)
with restricted physical, physiological or intellectual abilities or deciences
in experience and/or knowledge unless they are supervised by a person
responsible for their safety or receive from this person instruction in how the
appliance is to be used.
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
NEVER remove the water tank if steam is still exiting the steam nozzle!
Do not operate the appliance with an empty water tank. When the water
reserve is used up, disconnect the power cable to prevent the appliance
from overheating.
The accessories will get hot during use! There is a risk of being burnt!
Allow the used accessories to cool down before removing them..
Use only the original accessory items for this appliance. Other accessories
may not meet the safety requirements.
This appliance is not intended for use by individuals (including children)

appliance is to be used. Children should be supervised to ensure that they
do not play with the appliance.
Wear gloves, protective glasses and breathing protection equipment when
attempting to remove substances hazardous to health.
NEVER direct the steam jet toward people or animals. Hot steam under
high pressure can cause serious injuries!

WARNING! RISK OF SCALDING!

This symbol warns you about escaping steam.
Pay heed to the safety instructions!
WARNING - PROPERTY DAMAGE!
First carry out a test on an unobtrusive area to be certain that the material
is suitable for cleaning with high pressure steam, for instance:
Painted wood or leather can be bleached by steam.
Unprotected wood can swell up.
Protective wax coatings can be dissolved by steam.
Plastics can become tarnished from the eects of steam.
Soft plastics can deform when exposed to steam.
Cold glass or mirror surfaces can crack on encountering hot steam.
If you wish to clean windows, you must rst preheat them, for instance by
applying the steam over large areas from a greater distance, then moving
in progressively closer.
Acrylics, velvet and silk react sensitively to hot steam, as do plastic bres.

Operating instructions
1) Remove all parts of the appliance and the operating instructions from the
carton.
2) Remove all packaging material.
NOTICE
Check the contents to ensure everything is present and for signs of visible
damage.
If the delivery is not complete, or is damaged due to defective packaging or
through transportation, contact the Service Hotline (see chapter Service).

Disposal of the packaging

The packaging protects the appliance from transport damage. The packaging
materials are selected from the point of view of their environmental friendliness
and disposal technology and are therefore recyclable.
The recirculation of packaging into the material circuit saves on raw material and
reduces the amount of waste generated. Dispose of packaging material that is
no longer needed as per the regionally established regulations.
NOTICE
If possible preserve the appliance's original packaging during the warranty
period so that in the case of a warranty claim you can package the appliance properly for return.

Assembling the squeegee

1) Open the large screw on the retainer of the squeegee 6, such that you can
push in the metal rail with the rubber lip.
2) Thereby ensure that the broad side of the metal rail is at the top.
3) Retighten the large screw.
Using the appliance

To ensure faultfree operation and a long service life for the
appliance, pay heed to the following instructions:
First press the steam lever 1 when the green control lamp 8 glows. If you
press too early it may cause an accumulation of hot water in the appliance,
which will drip or spray from the nozzle. There is a risk of being scalded.
Before switching the appliance o, always allow all of the steam to drain
out by pressing the steam lever 1 until no more steam exits from the nozzle.
Filling/relling with water

Always disconnect the plug from the mains power socket before you add
water to the water tank 3!
1) Turn the water tank 3 such that the marking on the water tank points to the
open lock
on the appliance. The water tank can then be detached from
the appliance.
2) Open the lid of the water tank 3.
Do not put any additives or cleaning agents in the water tank 3!
3) Fill the water tank 3 with water. Ensure that you never ll the tank with
more water than up to the MAX marking, and never less than up to the
MIN marking.
Should the mains water at your locality be rated as hard, it is recommended that
you mix the mains water with distilled water. Otherwise, the appliance could
calcify prematurely and clog the steam nozzle q.

To extend the optimal functioning of the appliance, mix the mains water with
distilled water as per the following table.

The water hardness level can be queried at your local water works.
4) Replace the lid on the water tank 3.
5) Place the water tank 3 slightly oset below the appliance, so that the marking on the water tank points to the open lock
on the appliance.
6) Turn the water tank 3 so far that the marking points to the closed lock .
Thereby, ensure that the hose that sucks the water up is always lying in the
front area of the water tank 3. If you do not, it may happen that during use
some water will remain in the water tank 3.
Taking the appliance into use

1) Insert the plug into a mains power socket. The red control lamp 7 glows.
2) As soon as the appliance is ready for use the green control lamp 8 starts to
glow - the red control lamp 7 continues to glow.
NOTICE
During the heating up period it can happen that there is an occasional
escape of steam from the steam nozzle q.
3) Press the steam lever 1 downwards. The pump pumps water into the heater
element, steam is generated and exits from the steam nozzle q. Should the
steam blast subside, continue to hold the steam lever 1 down. More water
is pumped in and after a short time the steam vapour level increases.

NOTICE
If water drips from the steam nozzle q during operation, release the
steam lever 1. The appliance must rst heat up again. Wait until the green
control lamp 8 glows again..
Should you leave the switched on appliance unused for an extended
period, although the steam lever 1 is not pressed it can happen that steam
escapes!
Areas of application
For cleaning, you can use either steam directly from the steam nozzle q or t an
accessory.
Do not use an accessory if you want to clean for example toilets and sinks,
taps and drains, windows, furniture, fabrics, shutters or mirrors.
You can easily remove water, together with the dissolved soiling, on smooth
surfaces with the squeegee 6 after cleaning.
NOTICE
The closer the nozzle is to the surface to be cleaned, the better the eect,
as both steam pressure and temperature are at their highest directly at the
nozzle exit.
Use the curved nozzle 0 for tight corners or joints, or hard to reach places.
Use the round brush 9 for stubborn soiling, for example, on wheel rims.

Attaching/detaching accessories
Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before you attach/
detach an accessory.
Wait until the appliance has cooled down before you attach/detach an
accessory.
Wait until all of the steam has drained away before you attach/detach an
accessory.
1) Place the attachment slightly oset on the steam nozzle q, so that the small
retainers grip into the rails inside the accessory.
2) Turn the attachment so that it sits rmly on the steam nozzle q.
3) To remove the accessory, turn it so far that you can lift it away from the
steam nozzle q.
Child protection system

This appliance is equipped with a child protection system.
To activate the child protection system, slide the "Child Safety" switch 2 upwards to the symbol . The steam lever 1 can now no longer be pressed
down.
To deactivate the child protection system, slide the "Child Safety" switch 2
downwards to the symbol
. The steam lever 1 can now be activated
again.
Cleaning
Always remove the plug from the mains power socket before you clean the
appliance.
Under no circumstances may you immerse the appliance in water

when cleaning it, or hold it under running water.
WARNING - RISK OF INJURY!
Allow the appliance to cool down before cleaning it!

Do not use abrasive, aggressive or chemical cleaning agents! They could
irreparably damage the upper surfaces!
1) Remove the plug from the mains power socket.
2) Allow the appliance to cool down.
3) Empty the water tank 3.
4) Clean the appliance, the water tank 3 and the accessories with a moist
cloth. For stubborn soiling use a mild detergent on the cloth.
Scale removal
1) Place descaler suitable for household appliances with water into the water
tank 3. Pay heed to the instructions given by the manufacturer of the descaler. Never ll the water tank 3 with more water than to the MAX marking.
2) Place the switch "Anti-calc Function" 4 at the position "I".
3) Replace the water tank 3 back onto the appliance.
4) Remove the tip of the steam nozzle q, in that you use a coin or similar to
unscrew the tip.
5) Insert the plug into a mains power socket.
6) Hold the appliance over a sink and press and hold the steam lever 1 down.
After a short time (about 1.5 minutes) hot water drips from the steam nozzle q
and ushes the dissolved limestone and soiling out of the appliance.
7) When the water from the water tank 3 is depleted and there is no more
water in the appliance, release the steam lever 1. Check to ensure that the
water with the descaler is completely used up. For this, tilt the appliance
forwards.
8) Remove the plug from the mains power socket.
9) Remove the water tank 3 and place the switch "Anti-calc Function" 4 at the
position "O".
10) Wait until the appliance has cooled down and then screw the tip of the
steam nozzle q back onto the appliance.

Storage
1) Store the cleaned and dryed appliance at a clean and dust-free location.
2) Wrap the power cable around the attached water tank and secure the end
with the yellow clip on the power cable.
Troubleshooting

You receive a 3-year warranty for this appliance as of the purchase date. The
appliance has been manufactured with care and meticulously examined before
delivery.
Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. In the case of a warranty claim,
please make contact by telephone with our service department. Only in this way
can a post-free despatch for your goods be assured.
NOTICE
The warranty is valid only for material or manufacturing faults, not for
transport damage, parts subject to wear or damage to fragile parts, e.g.
switches.
This product is for domestic use only and is not intended for commercial use. The
warranty becomes void in the event of abusive and improper handling, use of
force and internal modications not carried out by our authorised Service Centre.
Your statutory rights are not restricted in any way by this warranty. The warranty
period is not extended by repairs eected under warranty. This applies also to
replaced and repaired parts.
Damages or defects discovered after purchase are to be reported directly after
unpacking, at the latest two days after the purchase date.
Repairs carried out after lapse of the warranty period are subject to charge.

OPASNOST OD STRUJNOG UDARA
Ureaj prikljuite iskljuivo na propisno instaliranu mrenu utinicu sa mrenim
naponom od 220 - 240 V ~ / 50 Hz.
U sluaju pogonskih smetnji i prije ienja ureaja izvucite mreni utika
iz utinice.
Mreni kabel uvijek iskopajte povlaenjem utikaa, nikada ne povlaite
sam kabel.
Ne lomite i ne gnjeite mreni kabel i postavite mreni kabel tako, da nitko
ne moe na njega stati ili se preko njega protepsti.
Oteeni mreni kabel neizostavno dajte autoriziranom strunom osoblju ili
servisu za kupce na popravak, kako biste izbjegli nastanak opasnosti.
Obratite panju na to, da kabel u pogonu ne bude mokar ili vlaan. Kabel
vodite na taj nain, da ne moe biti prignjeen ili oteen.
Ukoliko doe do oteenja ureaja, mrenog kabela ili mrenog utikaa,
iste dajte zamijeniti od strane servisa za kupce, kako biste izbjegli nastanak
opasnosti.
Mreni utika izvadite iz utinice prije nego to ureaj napunite vodom,
istite ili vrite zamjenu dijelova.
Ureaj koristite iskljuivo u suhim prostorijama, nikada vani.

Ureaj koji stvara toplinu nikada ne ostavite bez nadzora! Nakon uporabe
ili za vrijeme stanke uvijek izvucite utika iz mrene utinice. Ureaj vri
zagrijavanje i stvara parni tlak, dok je utika utaknut u utinicu!

Ureaj koristite iskljuivo sa suhim rukama i ne bez cipela (ne bosi). Na

taj nain ete u sluaju greke sprijeiti nastanak opasne struje u tijelu.
Ureaj nikada ne usmjerite na predmete osjetljive na vlagu.
Ovaj ureaj nije namijenjen da bude koriten od strane osoba (ukljuujui
djecu) sa ogranienim zikim, senzorinim i mentalnim osobinama i

Dijelovi ureaja se prilikom rada zagrijavaju! Postoji opasnost od opeklina!
Prije skidanja koritenih dijelova ureaja iste ostavite da se ohlade.
Uz ovaj ureaj koristite iskljuivo originalne dijelove opreme. Dijelovi
drugih proizvoaa za to moda nisu dovoljno sigurni.
Ovaj ureaj nije namijenjen da bude koriten od strane osoba (ukljuujui

PANJA - PREDMETNA TETA!
Prvo provjerite na neupadljivom mjestu, da li je materijal koji namjeravate
istiti prikladan za ienje paroistaem, npr.:
Lakirano drvo i koa mogu izblijediti pod utjecajem pare.
Nezatieno drvo moe nabubriti.
Zatitni slojevi od voska se pod utjecajem pare odvojiti.
Plastika moe promijeniti boju pod utjecajem pare.
Mekana plastika moe pod utjecajem pare promijeniti oblik.
Hladne povrine od stakla i zrcala mogu pucati ako dou u dodir sa
vruom parom.
Ako elite istiti prozore, morate ih prethodno zagrijati, npr. tako to ete
prvo sa vee udaljenosti i onda sa sve vee blizine na veliku povrinu
nanositi paru.
Akril, somot i svila su osjetljivi na vruu paru, isto kao i plastina vlakna.

Zbrinjavanje pakiranja
Pakiranje titi ureaj od transportnih oteenja. Materijali pakiranja su izabrani
prema ekolokim kriterijima i kriterijama za zbrinjavanje i stoga su prikladni za
recikliranje.

otpadnog materijala. Materijale pakiranja, koji Vam vie nisu potrebni, zbrinite

Sastavljanje brisaa
1) Otpustite veliki vijak na drau brisaa 6 toliko, da metalnu metlicu sa gumicom moete gurnuti unutra.

2) Pritom obratite panju na to, da iroka strana metalne metlice bude usmjerena
prema gore.
3) Zategnite veliki vijak.
Posluivanje ureaja
Molimo obratite panju na slijedee propise, kako bi bio
zajamen besprijekoran rad i dug ivotni vijek ureaja:
Polugu za paru 1 pritisnite tek onda, kada zelena kontrolna lampica 8
zasvijetli. U protivnom u ureaju moe doi do skupljanja vrue vode, koja
kapa ili prska iz sapnice. Postoji opasnost od ozljeivanja vruom vodom.
Prije iskljuivanja uvijek pustite paru da istupi iz ureaja; u tu svrhu pritisnite
polugu za paru 1, sve dok vie ne izlazi para iz sapnice.
Umetanje/dopunjavanje vode
Uvijek izvucite mreni utika iz mrene utinice, prije nego to dopunite
vodu u spremnik za vodu 3!
1) Okrenite spremnik za vodu 3 tako, da oznaka na spremniku bude okrenuta
prema otvorenoj bravi na ureaju
. Tada spremnik za vodu moete
odvojiti od ureaja.
2) Otvorite poklopac spremnika za vodu 3.
Ne dodajte dodatke ili sredstva za ienje u spremnik za vodu 3!
3) Napunite spremnik 3 sa vodom. Obratite panju na to, da nikada ne napunite vode toliko da premaite MAX-oznaku, a nikada koliina vode ne ostane
ispod MIN-oznake.
Ukoliko je kod Vas voda vrlo tvrda, preporuamo da vodu iz vodovoda pomijeate sa destiliranom vodom. U protivnom moe doi do prijevremenog stvaranja
vapnenih naslaga i epljenja sapnice za paru q.

oznaka pokazuje na otvorenu bravu na ureaju

6) Okrenite spremnik za vodu 3 toliko, da oznaka bude okrenuta prema
zatvorenoj bravi . Pritom obratite panju na to da crijevo, koje prisisava
vodu, uvijek bude smjeteno u prednjem dijelu spremnika za vodu 3. U
protivnom se moe dogoditi, da za vrijeme uporabe ureaja ostane voda u
spremniku 3.
Putanje ureaja u rad

1) Mreni utika utaknite u utinicu.
Crvena kontrolna lampica 7 svijetli.
2) Kad je ureaj spreman za rad, svijetli zelena kontrolna lampica 8 - crvena
kontrolna lampica 7 nastavlja svijetliti.
NAPOMENA
Za vrijeme zagrijavanja moe doi do istupanja pare iz sapnice za paru q.
3) Pritisnite polugu za paru 1 prema dolje. Crpka pumpa vodu u element za
zagrijavanje, dolazi do generiranja pare koja istupa kroz sapnicu q.
Kada mlaz pare popusti, dalje drite polugu za paru 1 pritisnutu. Crpi se
nova voda i para se nakon nekog vremena ponovo pojaava.

NAPOMENA
Ako za vrijeme rada ureaja doe do kapanja vode iz sapnice za paru q,
otpustite polugu za paru 1. Ureaj prvo mora ponovo izvriti zagrijavanje.

Ako ureaj due vrijeme odloite kad je ukljuen, moe doi do istupanja
pare ak i kada poluga za paru 1 nije pritisnuta.
Podruja primjene
Za ienje moete koristiti paru neposredno iz sapnice q ili postaviti nastavak.
Ne koristite nastavak, ako na primjer elite istiti zahod ili umivaonik, armature
i odvode, prozore, tkanine za namjetaj, prozorske okvire ili zrcala.
Vodu sa otopljenom neistoom moete na glatkim povrinama nakon ienja
jednostavno sa brisaem 6 obrisati.
NAPOMENA
to je sapnica blia povrini za ienje, to je bolje djelovanje, jer tlak i
temperatura pare su najvii neposredno na izlazu iz sapnice.
Koristite savijenu sapnicu 0 za uske kutove ili fuge ili druga teko dostupna
mjesta.
Koristite okruglu etku 9 za tvrdokorne neistoe, na primjer na naplacima.

Postavljanje/skidanje nastavka
Prije postavljanja/skidanja nastavka obavezno iskopajte utika iz utinice.

Prije postavljanja/skidanja nastavka priekajte da se ureaj ohladi.

Priekajte da sva para izae, prije nego to postavljate/skidate nastavak.
1) Postavite nastavak sa blagim pomakom na sapnicu za paru q, tako da mali
drai zahvataju u ine u unutranjosti nastavka.
2) Okrenite nastavak, tako da vrsto bude postavljen na sapnici za paru q.
3) Za skidanje okrenite nastavak toliko, da ga moete dizanjem skinuti sa
sapnice za paru q.

Ovaj ureaj je opremljen djejim osiguranjem.
Za aktiviranje djejeg osiguranja gurnite prekida """Djeje osiguranje

Ne koristite agresivna, kemijska ili ribajua sredstva za ienje! Ova
sredstva mogu nepopravljivo otetiti povrinu ureaja!

1) Izvucite mreni utika.

2) Ostavite da se ureaj ohladi.
3) Ispraznite spremnik za vodu 3.
4) Oistite ureaj, spremnik za vodu 3 i dijelove opreme pomou vlane krpe.
U sluaju tvrdokornih oneienja na krpu dodajte blago sredstvo za pranje
sua.
Odstranjivanje vapnenih naslaga

1) Umetnite sredstvo za uklanjanje vapnenih naslaga prikladno za kune ureaje
u spremnik za vodu 3. Pritom uvaite upute za rukovanje proizvoaa sredstva za odstranjivanje vapnenih naslaga. Nikada ne napunite toliko vode,
da premaite oznaku MAX na spremniku za vodu 3.
2) Postavite prekida "Odstranjivanje vapnenca 4 u poziciju I.
3) Zavrtanjem postavite spremnik za vodu 3 na ureaj.
4) Uklonite vrh sapnice za paru q tako, to ete je okretanjem pomou kovanice ili slinog predmeta izvaditi.
5) Utaknite utika u utinicu.
6) Ureaj drite iznad umivaonika i pritisnite i drite polugu za paru 1.
Nakon nekog vremena (ca. 1, 5 minute) e vrua voda kapati iz sapnice
za paru q i isprati otopljeni vapnenac i neistou iz ureaja.
7) Kada je voda u spremniku za vodu 3 potroena i vie nema vode u ureaju,
otpustite polugu za paru 1. Osigurajte, da voda sa odstranjivaem vapnenca
bude potpuno potroena. U tu svrhu ureaj nagnite prema naprijed.
8) Izvucite mreni utika iz utinice.
9) Skinite spremnik za vodu 3 i postavite prekida Odstranjivanje vapnenih
naslaga 4 u poziciju O.
10) Priekajte da se ureaj ohladi i vrh sapnice za paru q ponovo okretanjem
postavite na ureaj.

Conectai aparatul la o priz instalat regulamentar, cu o tensiune de reea
de 220 - 240 V ~/ 50 Hz.

Dup utilizare sau dac ntrerupei lucrul cu aparatul scoatei totdeauna
tecrul din priz. Aparatul se nclzete i genereaz aburi att timp ct
tecrul este n priz!
Utilizai aparatul numai dac avei minile uscate i dac purtai nclminte (niciodat n picioarele goale). Astfel, evitai curenii periculoi din
cazurile de defeciune.

ATENIE - PAGUBE MATERIALE!
ncercai mai nti ntr-un loc ascuns vederii dac materialul pe care dorii
s-l curai poate curat cu ajutorul aparatului de curat cu abur, de
ex.:

lemnul lcuit sau pielea se decoloreaz din cauza aburului.

lemnul netratat se poate uma.
straturile de protecie de cear pot desprinse din cauza aburului.
materialele plastice se pot topi din cauza aciunii aburului.
materialele plastice moi se pot deforma din cauza aciunii aburului.
suprafeele de sticl sau oglinzile se pot sparge la contactul cu aburul
erbinte.
Dac dorii s curai ferestre, acestea trebuie prenclzite, de exemplu,
ncepei curarea de la o distan mai mare i continuai din aproape n
aproape pe suprafee tot mai mari.
Acrilii, catifeaua i mtasea sunt sensibile la aciunea aburului cald, la fel i
brele sintetice.

Eliminarea ambalajelor
Ambalajul protejeaz aparatul mpotriva daunelor din timpul transportului.
Materialele de ambalare au fost selectate innd seama de compatibilitatea
cu mediul nconjurtor i de aspectele tehnice de eliminare, putnd astfel
reciclate.
Reintroducerea ambalajelor n circuitul de materiale contribuie la economia de
materie prim i reduce cantitatea de deeuri. Eliminai ambalajele de care nu
mai avei nevoie conform prevederilor locale n vigoare.

Asamblarea lamei rzuitoare

1) Desfacei urubul mare de pe suportul lamei-rzuitor 6 pn cnd putei
mpinge n interior ina metalic cu lamela de cauciuc.
2) Asigurai-v c partea lat a inei metalice este orientat n sus.
3) Strngei bine urubul mare.

Operarea aparatului
Pentru a asigura operarea ireproabil i o durat lung de
via a aparatului, respectai urmtoarele indicaii:
Apsai maneta de aburi 1 numai dup ce s-a aprins becul verde 8.
Altfel, n aparat se poate acumula ap erbinte care va picura sau ni
din duz. Pericol de oprire!
nainte de a opri aparatul, degajai tot aburul din aparat prin apsarea
manetei de aburi 1 pn n momentul cnd din duz nu mai ies aburi.
Umplerea/completarea cu ap
Scoatei totdeauna tecrul din priz nainte de a umple rezervorul 3 cu
ap!
1) Rotii rezervorul de ap 3 astfel nct marcajul de pe rezervor s e orientat
spre simbolul lactului deschis
de pe aparat. Dup aceea, rezervorul
poate desprins de aparat.
2) Deschidei capacul rezervorului de ap 3.
ATENIE - DAUNE MATERIALE!
Nu adugai aditivi sau detergeni n rezervorul de ap 3!
3) Umplei rezervorul 3 cu ap. Asigurai-v c nu vei umple niciodat rezervorul cu ap peste marcajul MAX i sub marcajul MIN.
Dac apa de la robinet din regiunea dumneavoastr este foarte dur, se recomand amestecarea cu ap distilat. Altfel, n aparat se poate depune foarte
repede calcar, iar duza de aburi q se poate nfunda.

ntmpla ca n timpul utilizrii n rezervor 3 s rmn ap.
Punerea n funciune a aparatului

1) Introducei tecrul n priz.
Se aprinde becul rou de control 7.
2) Imediat ce aparatul este pregtit pentru utilizare, se aprinde becul verde 8 becul rou 7 rmne n continuare aprins.
INDICAIE
n timpul nclzirii, din duza de aburi q se pot degaja din cnd n cnd
aburi.
3) Apsai n jos maneta de aburi 1. Pompa pompeaz apa n elementul de
nclzire, se genereaz aburi care ies prin duza de aburi q.
Cnd se reduce intensitatea jetului de abur apsai n continuare maneta
de aburi 1. Se pompeaz din nou ap, iar n scurt timp jetul de abur se
intensic din nou.

Dac n timpul funcionrii din duza de aburi q picur ap, eliberai maneta
de aburi 1. Aparatul trebuie s se nclzeasc din nou. Ateptai pn se

AVERTIZARE PERICOL DE RNIRE!

Dac nu utilizai un timp mai ndelungat aparatul n timp ce este pornit,

se pot degaja aburi, dei maneta de aburi 1 nu este apsat!
Domeniile de utilizare
Pentru curare, putei utiliza aburul direct din duza de aburi q sau putei utiliza
un accesoriu.
Nu utilizai niciun accesoriu dac dorii s curai vasul de toalet i chiuveta,
armturile i gurile de scurgere a apei, ferestrele, tapieriile mobilierului,
jaluzelele sau oglinzi.
Dup curare, putei trage apa mpreun cu murdria desprins de pe
suprafeele plane cu ajutorul lamei rzuitoare 6.
INDICAIE
Cu ct duza este mai aproape de suprafaa pe care o curai, cu att
efectul este mai puternic, deoarece presiunea i temperatura aburului sunt
foarte ridicate n momentul cnd aburul iese din duz.
Utilizai duza cotit 0 pentru coluri strmte sau rosturi sau locuri greu
accesibile.
Utilizai peria rotund 9 pentru murdria persistent, de exemplu de pe
burdufuri.

Montarea/demontarea accesoriilor
nainte de a monta/demonta un accesoriu, scoatei totdeauna tecrul din
priz.
Ateptai s se rceasc aparatul nainte de a monta/demonta accesoriile.
Ateptai pn la reducerea presiunii aburului nainte de a monta/demonta
accesoriile.

Sigurana pentru copii

Acest aparat este prevzut cu o funcie de protecie pentru copii.
Pentru a activa sigurana pentru copii, mpingei n sus comutatorul siguran-copii 2 la simbolul . Maneta de aburi 1 nu mai poate acum
apsat.
Pentru a dezactiva sigurana pentru copii, mpingei n jos comutatorul siguran-copii 2 la simbolul
. Maneta de aburi 1 poate acum din nou
acionat.
Curarea
naintea currii aparatului, scoatei totdeauna tecrul din priz.
La curare, este interzis introducerea aparatului n ap sau inerea sa

sub jet de ap.

Respectai instruciunile de utilizare ale productorului soluiei de ndeprtare
a calcarului. Nu umplei niciodat rezervorul de ap 3 peste marcajul
MAX.
2) Rotii butonul ndeprtare calcar 4 n poziia I.
3) Aezai rezervorul de ap 3 n aparat.
4) ndeprtai vrful duzei de abur q rotind cu o moned sau ceva
asemntor.
5) Introducei tecrul n priz.
6) inei aparatul deasupra unei chiuvete, apsai i inei apsat maneta de
aburi 1.
Dup scurt timp (cca 1,5 minute) din duza de aburi q va curge ap erbinte
care ndeprteaz calcarul i murdria desprins din aparat.
7) Dup ce s-a scurs apa din rezervor 3 i n aparat nu mai exist ap, eliberai
maneta de aburi 1. Asigurai-v c din aparat a ieit toat cantitatea de
ap cu soluie de ndeprtare a calcarului. Pentru aceasta, nclinai aparatul
n fa.
8) Scoatei tecrul din priz.
9) Scoatei rezervorul de ap 3 i poziionai comutatorul ndeprtare calcar
4 pe O.
10) Ateptai pn cnd aparatul s-a rcit i introducei din nou vrful duzei de
abur q la aparat, prin rotire.

Nu aruncai aparatul sub nicio form n gunoiul menajer obinuit.
Acest produs intr sub incidena Directivei europene 2002/96/EC.
Eliminai aparatul prin intermediul unei rme specializate i autorizate sau prin
intermediul serviciului local de eliminare a deeurilor. Respectai reglementrile
actuale n vigoare. Dac avei nelmuriri, contactai serviciul dumneavoastr
local de eliminare a deeurilor.

INDICAIE
Garania acoper numai defeciunile de material i de fabricaie, ind
excluse pagubele rezultate n urma transportului, piesele de uzur sau
deteriorrile componentelor fragile, de exemplu, comutatoare.
Aparatul este destinat numai pentru uz privat i nu pentru o utilizare profesional.
n cazul manevrrii abuzive sau necorespunztoare, al uzului de for i al interveniilor care nu au fost realizate de ctre liala noastr autorizat de service,
garania i pierde valabilitatea.
Drepturile dumneavoastr legale nu sunt limitate prin aceast garanie.
Perioada de garanie nu este prelungit dup realizarea reparaiilor n perioada

schwer zugngliche Bereiche: Ecken, Fugen, Jalousien, WC, Armaturen
usw.
Textilien: Vorhnge, Polster, Kleidungsstcke, Autositze.
Dieses Gert ist nicht vorgesehen:
zur Verwendung im Freien,
zur Verwendung mit anderen Flssigkeiten als Wasser

beschriebenen Vorgehensweisen einhalten. Ansprche jeglicher Art wegen
Schden aus nicht bestimmungsgemer Verwendung, unsachgemen
Reparaturen, unerlaubt vorgenommenen Vernderungen oder Verwendung
nicht zugelassener Ersatzteile sind ausgeschlossen. Das Risiko trgt allein

Sicherheitshinweise
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
Schlieen Sie das Gert nur an eine vorschriftsmig installierte Netzsteckdose mit einer Netzspannung von 220 - 240 V ~ / 50 Hz an.

Ziehen Sie bei Betriebsstrungen, und bevor Sie das Gert reinigen, den
Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
Ziehen Sie das Netzkabel stets am Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose,
ziehen Sie nicht am Kabel selbst.
Knicken oder quetschen Sie das Netzkabel nicht und verlegen Sie das
Netzkabel so, dass niemand darauf treten oder darber stolpern kann.
Lassen Sie beschdigte Netzstecker oder Netzkabel sofort von autorisiertem Fachpersonal oder dem Kundenservice austauschen, um Gefhrdungen zu vermeiden.
Achten Sie darauf, dass im Betrieb das Netzkabel nicht nass oder feucht
wird. Fhren Sie es so, dass es nicht eingeklemmt oder beschdigt werden
kann.
Sollte das Gert, das Netzkabel oder der Netzstecker beschdigt sein,
lassen Sie diese durch den Kundendienst ersetzen, um Gefhrdungen zu
vermeiden.
Ziehen Sie erst den Stecker aus der Steckdose, bevor Sie das Gert mit
Wasser befllen, reinigen oder Zubehrteile wechseln.
Verwenden Sie das Gert nur in trockenen Rumen, nicht im Freien.
Tauchen Sie das Gert niemals in Wasser oder andere Flssigkeiten ein!
Richten Sie den Dampf niemals direkt auf elektrische Gerte oder Einrichtungen, die elektrische Bauteile enthalten, wie zum Beispiel den Innenraum
von fen.

STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
Lassen Sie ein Hitze erzeugendes Gert niemals unbeaufsichtigt! Ziehen
Sie nach Gebrauch oder bei Arbeitsunterbrechungen stets den Stecker aus
der Steckdose. Das Gert heizt und erzeugt solange Dampfdruck, wie der
Stecker in der Steckdose steckt!
Verwenden Sie das Gert nur mit trockenen Hnden und nicht ohne Schuhe (nicht barfu). Damit verringern Sie im Fehlerfall gefhrliche Krperstrme.
Richten Sie das Gert nie auf feuchteempndliche Gegenstnde.
Dieses Gert ist nicht dafr bestimmt, durch Personen (einschlielich
Kinder) mit eingeschrnkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen
Fhigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu
werden, es sei denn, sie werden durch eine fr ihre Sicherheit zustndige
Person beaufsichtigt oder erhielten von ihr Anweisungen, wie das Gert zu
benutzen ist.

Nehmen Sie niemals den Wassertank ab, solange noch Dampf aus der
Dampfdse tritt!
Betreiben Sie das Gert nicht mit leerem Tank. Wenn der Wasservorrat verbraucht ist, ziehen Sie den Netzstecker, um ein berhitzen zu vermeiden.
Die Zubehrteile werden bei Verwendung hei! Es besteht Verbrhungsgefahr!
Lassen Sie die verwendeten Zubehrteile erst abkhlen, bevor Sie diese
abnehmen.
Verwenden Sie nur die Original-Zubehrteile zu diesem Gert. Andere
Teile sind dafr mglicherweise nicht ausreichend sicher.
Dieses Gert ist nicht dafr bestimmt, durch Personen (einschlielich
Kinder) mit eingeschrnkten physischen, sensorischen oder geistigen
Fhigkeiten oder mangels Erfahrung und/oder mangels Wissen benutzt zu

Beachten Sie die Sicherheitshinweise!
ACHTUNG - SACHSCHADEN!
Prfen Sie erst an einer unaulligen Stelle, ob das zu reinigende Material
fr die Reinigung mit einem Dampfreiniger geeignet ist, z. B.:
Lackiertes Holz oder Leder kann durch Dampf ausgebleicht werden.
Ungeschtztes Holz kann quellen.
Wachs-Schutzschichten knnen durch Dampf abgelst werden.
Kunststoe knnen durch Dampfeinwirkung anlaufen.
Weich-Kunststoe knnen sich unter Dampfeinwirkung verformen.
Kalte Glas- oder Spiegelchen knnen springen, wenn heier Dampf
auftrit.

Wenn Sie Fenster reinigen wollen, mssen Sie diese erst vorher erwrmen,
z. B. indem Sie zunchst aus grerem Abstand und dann immer nher
heran grochig Dampf auftragen.
Acryl, Samt und Seide reagieren empndlich auf heien Dampf, ebenso
Kunststo-Fasern.

1) Entnehmen Sie alle Teile des Gertes und die Bedienungsanleitung aus dem
Karton.
2) Entfernen Sie smtliches Verpackungsmaterial.
HINWEIS
Prfen Sie die Lieferung auf Vollstndigkeit und auf sichtbare Schden.
Bei einer unvollstndigen Lieferung oder Schden infolge mangelhafter
Verpackung oder durch Transport wenden Sie sich an die Service-Hotline
(siehe Kapitel Service).

Entsorgung der Verpackung

Die Verpackung schtzt das Gert vor Transportschden. Die Verpackungsmaterialien sind nach umweltvertrglichen und entsorgungstechnischen Gesichtspunkten ausgewhlt und deshalb recyclebar.
Die Rckfhrung der Verpackung in den Materialkreislauf spart Rohstoe und
verringert das Abfallaufkommen. Entsorgen Sie nicht mehr bentigte Verpackungsmaterialien gem den rtlich geltenden Vorschriften.
HINWEIS
Heben Sie wenn mglich die Originalverpackung whrend der Garantiezeit des Gertes auf, um das Gert im Garantiefall ordnungsgem
verpacken zu knnen.

Abzieher zusammenbauen
1) nen Sie die groe Schraube an der Halterung des Abziehers 6 soweit,
dass Sie die Metallschiene mit der Gummilippe hineinschieben knnen.
2) Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass die breite Seite der Metallschiene nach oben
weist.
3) Drehen Sie die groe Schraube fest.
Gert bedienen
Bitte beachten Sie folgende Hinweise, um einen einwandfreien
Betrieb und eine lange Lebensdauer des Gertes zu gewhrleisten:

Dampfhebel 1 erst drcken, wenn die grne Kontrollleuchte 8 leuchtet.

Ansonsten kann es im Gert zur Ansammlung von heiem Wasser kommen, das aus der Dse tropft oder sprht. Es besteht Verbrhungsgefahr.
Vor dem Ausschalten immer allen Dampf aus dem Gert entweichen
lassen, indem Sie den Dampfhebel 1 drcken, bis kein Dampf mehr aus
der Dse kommt.
Wasser einfllen/nachfllen
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
Ziehen Sie immer den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose, bevor Sie Wasser in den Wassertank 3 nachfllen!
1) Drehen Sie den Wassertank 3 so, dass die Markierung am Wassertank auf
das genete Schloss
am Gert weist. Der Wassertank lsst sich dann
vom Gert lsen.
2) nen Sie den Deckel des Wassertankes 3.
Geben Sie keine Zustze oder Reinigungsmittel in den Wassertank 3!
3) Fllen Sie den Wassertank 3 mit Wasser. Achten Sie darauf, dass Sie
niemals mehr Wasser als bis zur MAX-Markierung einfllen und nie weniger
als bis zur MIN-Markierung.
Sollte das Leitungswasser Ihres Wohnortes sehr hart sein, empehlt es sich, das
Leitungswasser mit destilliertem Wasser zu mischen. Ansonsten kann das Gert
vorzeitig verkalken und die Dampfdse q verstopfen.

Zur Verlngerung der optimalen Funktion des Gertes mischen Sie das Leitungswasser mit destilliertem Wasser entsprechend der folgenden Tabelle.

Die Wasserhrte Ihres Leitungswassers knnen Sie beim rtlichem Wasserwerk

4) Setzen Sie den Deckel des Wassertanks 3 wieder auf.
5) Setzen Sie den Wassertank 3 leicht versetzt unter das Gert, so dass die
Markierung am Wassertank auf das genete Schloss
am Gert weist.

6) Drehen Sie den Wassertank 3 so weit, dass die Markierung auf das
geschlossene Schloss
weist. Achten Sie dabei darauf, dass der Schlauch,
der das Wasser ansaugt, immer im vorderen Bereich des Wassertankes
3 liegt. Ansonsten kann es sein, dass whrend der Benutzung Wasser im
Wassertank 3 verbleibt.
Gert in Betrieb nehmen

1) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in eine Netzsteckdose.
Die rote Kontrollleuchte 7 leuchtet.
2) Sobald das Gert betriebsbereit ist, leuchtet die grne Kontrollleuchte 8 die rote Kontrollleuchte 7 leuchtet weiter.
HINWEIS
Whrend des Aufheizens kann es immer wieder zum Entweichen von
Dampf aus der Dampfdse q kommen.
3) Drcken Sie den Dampfhebel 1 nach unten. Die Pumpe pumpt Wasser in
das Heizelement, Dampf wird generiert und tritt aus der Dampfdse q aus.
Wenn der Dampfsto nachlsst, halten Sie weiter den Dampfhebel 1
gedrckt. Es wird neues Wasser gepumpt und der Dampf nimmt nach einiger
Zeit wieder zu.

HINWEIS
Wenn whrend des Betriebes Wasser aus der Dampfdse q tropft, lsen
Sie den Dampfhebel 1. Das Gert muss erst wieder aufheizen. Warten
Sie, bis die grne Kontrollleuchte 8 wieder leuchtet.
Wenn Sie das Gert eingeschaltet fr lngere Zeit abstellen, kann es sein,
dass Dampf entweicht, obwohl der Dampfhebel 1 nicht gedrckt wird!
Anwendungsbereiche
Sie knnen zum Reinigen entweder den Dampf direkt aus der Dampfdse q
verwenden oder einen Aufsatz aufsetzen.
Benutzen Sie keinen Aufsatz, wenn Sie zum Beispiel Toilette und Waschbecken, Armaturen und Absse, Fenster, Mbelstoe, Fensterlden oder
Spiegel reinigen wollen.
Sie knnen das Wasser mit dem gelsten Schmutz auf glatten Flchen nach
der Reinigung mit dem Abzieher 6 einfach abziehen.

HINWEIS
Je nher die Dse an der zu reinigenden Flche, desto besser die Wirkung, da Dampfdruck und -temperatur unmittelbar bei Austritt an der Dse
am hchsten sind.
Benutzen Sie die gebogene Dse 0 fr enge Ecken oder Fugen oder
schwer zugngliche Stellen.
Benutzen Sie die Rundbrste 9 fr hartnckige Verschmutzungen, zum
Beispiel an Felgen.

Aufsatz aufsetzen/abnehmen
Ziehen Sie immer den Stecker aus der Netzsteckdose, bevor Sie einen
Aufsatz aufsetzen/abnehmen.
Warten Sie, bis sich das Gert abgekhlt hat, bevor Sie einen Aufsatz
aufsetzen/abnehmen.
Warten Sie, bis jeglicher Dampf abgelassen ist, bevor Sie einen Aufsatz
aufsetzen/abnehmen.
1) Setzen Sie den Aufsatz leicht versetzt auf die Dampfdse q, so dass die
kleinen Halterungen in die Schienen in Inneren des Aufsatzes greifen.
2) Drehen Sie den Aufsatz, so dass dieser fest auf der Dampfdse q sitzt.
3) Zum Abnehmen drehen Sie den Aufsatz soweit, dass Sie ihn von der Dampfdse q abheben knnen.

Kindersicherung
Dieses Gert ist mit einer Kindersicherung ausgestattet.
Um die Kindersicherung zu aktivieren, schieben Sie den Schalter Kindersicherung 2 nach oben auf das Symbol . Der Dampfhebel 1 lsst sich
nun nicht mehr nach unten drcken.
Um die Kindersicherung zu deaktivieren, schieben Sie den Schalter Kindersicherung 2 nach unten auf das Symbol
. Der Dampfhebel 1 lsst
sich nun wieder bettigen.
Reinigen
STROMSCHLAGGEFAHR
Bevor Sie das Gert reinigen, ziehen Sie immer den Netzstecker aus der
Netzsteckdose.
Sie drfen das Gert bei der Reinigung keinesfalls in Wasser tauchen
oder unter ieendes Wasser halten.
WARNUNG - VERLETZUNGSGEFAHR!
Lassen Sie das Gert vor der Reinigung abkhlen!

Benutzen Sie keine aggressiven, chemischen oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel! Diese knnen die Oberche irreparabel angreifen!
1) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker.
2) Lassen Sie das Gert abkhlen.
3) Entleeren Sie den Wassertank 3.
4) Reinigen Sie das Gert, den Wassertank 3 und die Zubehrteile mit einem
feuchten Tuch. Bei hartnckigen Verschmutzungen geben Sie ein mildes
Splmittel auf das Tuch.
Entkalken
1) Fllen Sie fr Haushaltsgerte geeignetes Entkalkungsmittel mit Wasser
in den Wassertank 3. Beachten Sie dabei die Bedienungsanleitung des
Herstellers des Entkalkungsmittels. Fllen Sie niemals mehr Wasser als bis zur
MAX-Markierung am Wassertank 3 ein.

2) Stellen Sie den Schalter Entkalken 4 auf die Position I.

3) Schrauben Sie den Wassertank 3 auf das Gert.
4) Entfernen Sie die Spitze der Dampfdse q indem Sie diese mit einem Geldstck o.. die Spitze herausdrehen.
5) Stecken Sie den Netzstecker in die Netzsteckdose.
6) Halten Sie das Gert ber ein Waschbecken und drcken und halten Sie
den Dampfhebel 1.
Nach einiger Zeit (ca. 1, 5 Minuten) tropft heies Wasser aus der Dampfdse q und splt den gelsten Kalk und Schmutz aus dem Gert.
7) Wenn das Wasser aus dem Wassertank 3 aufgebraucht ist und sich kein
Wasser mehr im Gert bendet, lsen Sie den Dampfhebel 1. Stellen Sie
sicher, dass das Wasser mit dem Entkalker komplett aufgebraucht ist. Kippen
Sie dazu das Gert nach vorne.
8) Ziehen Sie den Netzstecker aus der Netzsteckdose.
9) Nehmen Sie den Wassertank 3 ab und stellen Sie den Schalter Entkalken
4 auf die Position O.
10) Warten Sie, bis sich das Gert abgekhlt hat und drehen Sie die Spitze der
Dampfdse q wieder auf das Gert.

Aufbewahren
1) Bewahren Sie das gereinigte und trockene Gert an einem sauberen und
sttaubfreien Ort auf.
2) Wickeln Sie das Kabel um den angebrachten Wassertank und xieren Sie
das Ende mit dem gelben Clip am Netzkabel.
