In the spirit of community-led neighbourhood planning our ethos is to be

transparent, proactive, respectful, collaborative, open, diverse, explorative and

community-rooted. A design charrette is an intense period of design or planning
activity.
The presentation by the Oaklands students planned for 7pm on Monday 19
th
May has
unfortunately had to be cancelled.
We were very much looking forward this evening to meeting the two groups of
students who have prepared in two teams two different website for members of ook!

$nfortunately due to a class timetable clash for preparation for %&"'(s the
presentation has had to be cancelled.
)reparations for %&"'(s are very important and ook! "t #lbans would not want to
disrupt any student(s preparation time.
We send the students our very best wishes and will have to make a very difficult
choice* due to the high calibre of work* on which website design to choose in their
absence.
We hope to rearrange a presentation by all the students before the end of term but it is
proving difficult to find a mutually suitable time and date.
