Hiring
Lemuel Greene was a Trainer for NHM.
Company Hire him to write and revise there
brochures.
Senior Management official notice that how
well he work with executives levels.
Executives were often eager to work with him
for next task.
Promotion
Greene has promoted to training department.
Training department helps the trainers to
learn computer languages.
He spends most of his time in giving short
seminars.
Greene coaches his students to perfect their
writings , memos and letters.



Greene salary is increased as he switched to
training department and he also get bonuses.
His supervisor realised his skills and he worked
far better than other trainers.
But Greene wasnt seem to be satisfied.



Un Satisfaction
He hasnt find business memos as interesting
as the literature he had been trained on.
He seems to realised that company doesnt
need him in the future.
Greene desired to be needed by the company
not only to be fulfilled.

Proposal

Greene gave a proposal to his supervisor.
The proposal was to train uneducated floor
workers.
His idea was appraised by the executives.
His salary was being reduced but was allowed
to do whatever he wants to.




He starts teaching English classes to the floor
workers.
As he starts everybody was taking this as a
Non-Serious Activity.
Gradually he proves him self and was being
appraised as well.
At the end he gets bonus from the Vice
President.
His course improve the overall productivity of
the company.
For the first time the floor workers had
applied for the supervisory positions.


Conclusion
Some people dont work for the money their
only focus is to work effectively.
For increasing the productivity the floor
workers must be educated and motivated.
Focus on your achievement not on bank
account.
