To my Mom Genet Tesema: Thank you for encouraging me to reach up high and
go after the things I wanted since I was a little girl. Your support has allowed
me to get to where I am today and I am eternally grateful for your unconditional
love, support and prayers.

To my Dad Tesfaye Worku: I know you will be looking down from heaven with
a smile today. Your spirit continues to guide me during my toughest moments. I
