SITE SURVEY & DESIGN ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Installation and supervision management.
Surveying and clarifying about the equipments selection/proposal and make a
survey report as the result to guide installation and sent to HQ to smoothen the
delivery of materials.
Analyze and feedback the site damage condition during site survey to help solve
any risk in advance.
Coordination with customer about their requirements and work closely with the
project team to avoid some lack material which is needed in installation.
Preparing the information of on-site requirement by making the report for
customer which is contained of Layout, photos, explanation, scan memo
(Minutes of Meeting), etc.
Arrange and manage subcontractor to fulfill the standard of customer by following
the SOP (Scope of work) which is made by the survey team.
Training subcontractor to improve them ability and skill in Survey & Design work.
Make revision on the site design drawing.
Assist Project teams while sites construction works.
To have trouble shooting when necessary and technical support.
Have Site installation or Survey and design work experience will be an added
advantage.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT
Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
Have an experience at least two year or more in telecommunication industry or
Survey & Design work.
Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
Able to draw in AutoCAD.
Ensuring the design quality.
Being familiar and have experience in TE/Civil drawing.
Ability to work with customers, internal business unit organizations and third party
subcontractor or supplier.
Ability to work under pressure, team work, outside city and have high
responsibility.
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

SITE DESIGN ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Review the site design from consultant and get approval from customer.
Achieve the project target, satisfy the customer requirement.
Coordination with customer about their requirements and work closely with the
project team to support the project smoothly.
Make the internal intercommunion and training to improve SDP team skill.
Arrange and manage subcontractor to fulfill the standard of customer by following
the SOW (Scope of work) which is made by the survey team.
Keep good relationship with customer and project team.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT
Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
Be familiar with international structure design code such as
ACI/AISC/ASCE/TIA/EIA code and Indonesia local structure design code.
Have experience in structure design, be familiar with general structural software
such as staad pro, MS tower, PCAMATS, staad foundation and can use the at
least two software above skillfully.
Can independently make the tower structure(tubular tower/angle tower/Monopole
and so on) and foundation design(isolated foundation/raft foundation/pile
foundation/retaining wall and son).
Have the telecommunication site design experience and have the knowledge
about electrical and grounding of site design.
Have the experience for construction on site and be familiar with the construction
technical also such as quality control /progress control.
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

SITAC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Specify SITAC Scope of Work ,Manage SA Team chase RFC target.
Manage Subcontractor to chase good achievement.
Communicate with customer, Cooperate with the customer to solve the hot
SITAC issue.
Prepare and keep updated the implementation program for all implementation
projects in cooperation with the project management.
Arrange Site Survey with Planning team, Cooperate with other team to acquire
the site.
Specify local government IMB police, manage subcontractor submit IMB
application.
Discuss and Report the implementation process and risk to RPM.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT
Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
Have 3 years experience as related position in telecommunication project

Familiar with SITAC, CME ,PLN Procure Flow
Familiar with SITAC Lease document and Legal package document

QC ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
PIC for Health, Safety and Environment of the project.
To train, support, guide project team and subcontractors on quality.
To ensure site documentations are according to the standard and requirement.
To improve the project quality.
To audit and evaluate the subcontractor teams.
To ensure that the processes and work flows are implemented.
To have regular meeting with sub-con for site defects discussions and status.
Escalate any issues and problems encountered to PM and QM

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT
Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
2 years Telecom industry work experience as QC.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
HCDA (Huawei Certified Datacomm Associate) holder preferable.
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

OSP ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Technical advisor for OSP (Fiber Medium, SDH, DWDM) in region
Technical support to regional FLM team through remote and on-site trouble-
shooting
Provide technical solution and hands-on support on SDH or DWDM
Coordinate corrective maintenance activities with FLM team and making sure
project SLA/KPI are met
Responsible for managing and maintaining spare parts and consumables in the
region
Interface and escalation point for OSP matters for customer and higher
management
Responsible for production weekly and monthly technical reports
Responsible for TT analysis and implementing corrective and mitigation
measures

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT
Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.

Good knowledge of Transmission equipment like SDH, DWDM and Fiber Optics.
Good knowledge regarding the Fault management and Preventive maintenance
processes for Transmission equipment.

LEGAL SPECIALIST

Responsibilities:
Responsible for the legal matters of the companys business operation.
Draft and review of commercial contracts, agreements and other legal
documents.
Provide legal advice on the operation of the company and participate in
negotiations where legal expertise is required.
Responsible for matters related to industrial dispute, lawsuit and arbitration.
Assist with the establishing and registration of subsidiaries or representative
offices in the Asia Pacific region.
Work with contracted law firms on assignments that require external legal
services.
Conduct research and compile information on commercial laws and provide legal
training for employees in the company when the need arises

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Law with minimum GPA 3.00.

Knowledge and experience in the telecommunication industry will be an added

Knowledgeable in company laws, contract laws and international commercial
laws.
Experienced in reviewing and drafting of commercial legal documents.

MATERIAL CONTROLLER

Responsibilities:
Monitor E2E cargo to fulfill rollout requirement.
Control and improve ITO & LTO KPI.
Monitor Cargo issue and escalate to project management team for quick decision.
Cooperate with internal Dept. conduct or attend related meeting, push cargo.
communicate with project team, marketing and all related departments for
problem solving.
Responsible for meeting KPI target set by company target.

Requirements:
Male/Female maximum 32 years old. Preferable single.
Bachelor Degree in any major with minimum GPA 3.00.
Have minimum 1 year experience in Planning or Procurement / material control
are welcome.
Have basic material control knowledge.
HCDA (Huawei Certified Datacomm Associate) holder preferable.
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

REGIONAL PROJECT MANAGER

Responsibilities:
Responsible for engineering project implementation management (regional) &
regional office operation management.
To make the monthly implementation target & follow up performance tracing.
Responsible for coordination & guidance between different functions/modules in
regional office.
Responsible for project team resource coordination & allocation.
Responsible for sub-contractor delivery performance monitoring & guidance.
Help sub-contractor to resolve related problems.
Responsible for sub-contractor PR/PO/ESAR management.
Responsible for problem escalation & tracing management, to ensure problem
close timely.
As the unified coordinator between project HQ & regional office, establish good
communication & reporting mechanism.

Requirement:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT
Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
Minimum 2 years experience in the relevant function.
Fluent in English is a must, and fluent in Mandarin will be an added advantage.

PROJECT ENGINEER

Responsibilities:
Assist PM for overall responsibility for project activities.
Assist PM for plan and control survey, installation, testing, commissioning,
material and equipment logistics.
Assist PM for general control over engineering activities, including exchange of
plans, drawings and other information with customers; approval of equipment
layout and network configuration data.
Assist PM for supervision and control of sub-contractors to strictly comply with
the relevant conditions of the contract.
Assist PM for participate in bidding activities and identify implementation
requirements from tender documents.
Assist PM for plan resources and budget, provide solutions to customer
implementation requirements, and undertake procurement management when
necessary.
Assist PM for responsible for all aspects of the project over the entire project life
(initiate, plan, execute, control, close). Must be familiar with system scope and
project objectives, as well as the role and function of each team member, to
effectively coordinate the activities of the team.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT

Responsibilities:
To implement project of software services such as BSS, SDP, IPTV, IN, Billing,
SMS, MMS or VAS Service.
Their duties and responsibilities would revolve around project delivery and
system maintenance.
Optimize system reliability and problem resolutions.
CR analysis and implementation.

Requirements:
Bachelor Degree in Telecommunication, Electrical, Civil, Industrial, IT
Engineering or any related major with minimum GPA 3.00.
1 year work experience as billing.
At least 1 year experience in the field of telecommunication (optional).
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong exposure knowledge in PLSQL, Unix/Linux & Oracle.
Independent and/or team player.
Result oriented.
The knowledge about telecom operational support system, billing system, value
added services.
HCDA (Huawei Certified Datacomm Associate) holder preferable.
