How to create SAP Material

Tcode: MM01


Select the ff. details:
1. Industry Sector
2. Material Type
Press enter.






Views will appear. Select the ff:
1. Basic Data 1 & 2
2. Sales Org Data 1 & 2
3. Sales General/Plant Data
4. Sales Text
5. Costing 1
6. Costing 2


Click








Organizational level dialog box will appear, type the ff.
1. Plant
2. Sales Org
3. Dist Channel
Click











Under Basic Data 1, enter the ff:
1. Material Description
2. Base Unit of Measure: KWH
Press Enter to go to Basic Data 2.


Press Enter to go to Sales Org 1 and type the ff:.
1. Division:
2. Delivering Plant:
3. Material Group:



Press Enter to go to Sales Org 2 and type the ff:
1. Account Assignment Group:












Press Enter to go to Sales Org 2 and type the ff:
1. Profit Center:











Press Enter to proceed to Sales text view.


Then go to select Costing 1 and 2 views:




Click save .

Warning message will appear, press enter.


Material is now created.

To view the created material, go to MM03.
