Further to our telephone conversation, I am writing to ratify that i wish

to make a reservation for the Murder Mystery Weekend from 25 to 30 of November. We are
four persons, so we need two rooms. It would be grateful if you could give us rooms with
balcony.
On the telephone, you mentioned that the price of the hotel included
food, one friend is vegetarian, it would be possible to make an special menu?
I am enclosing a cheque for $2.000 as a deposit. Please could you send
me a receipt for the deposit? And also, would you mind sending me a leaflet from the hotel?
