In my opinion , to accept a client that is guilty is not a imoral thing to do , because ,

everybody has the right to a defence , if that person whas your mother or father wold you think
the same ? No you wold not !
To quote Mario Conte, head of the Federal Defenders of San Diego Inc., says turning the
question around is his way to answer the question. He says, "If you had a loved one, who for
whatever reason committed a crime, would you ask their lawyer that same question? Would you
say, how can you do that?"
By definition morality is based on an individuals ideas and perinciples , I believe that
each person is more than the worst thing they have ever done.
Most clients are guilty. If they are not guilty of precisely what they are charged, they are
guilty of something similar .
A lawyer can defend a guilty man and is well within his rights to do so .A defence lawyer
who refuses to present his client's side of the case on insufficient grounds may be guilty of
professional misconduct.
The defense attorneys' job is sometimes misunderstood. It is not their job to decide in
advance whether the accused is guilty.
How can I defend someone whom I believe to be guilty? No problem. I can do it with
enthusiasm, because my cause is righteous, my goal is just, and my heart is in my work.
