    DESCRIPTION
    In a silt treatment plant, the contaminated silt is mixed with
    a biomasse. When heated up to a certain temperature this
    biomasse becomes active and absorbs the contamination
    in the silt. Hot air is used to elevate the temperature.
    The transport and supply of this hot air (90 0C) is done
    through glassfiber reinforced epoxy pipes.
    PIPE SYSTEM
    The supplied pipe system is an EST system up to 600
    mm. Total project value has been approximately NLG.

    The high temperature resistance combined with the more
    stringent corrosion requirements due to this temperature
    formed criteria to choose for GRE on this project.
