Paranasal sinuses They are sinuses which are communicated with nasal cavity and filled with air
How paranasal sinuses are connected with nasal cavity! To which part of nasal cavity they will open! 1) Frontal sinus (It is located in frontal bone, which forms hard part of forhead) Through the ethmoidal infundibulum (funnel shape tube) enters to ant. part of Semilunar hiatus so finally enters to nasal cavity

2) Mailary sinus (The biggest paranasal sinus which called also Highmore sinus and located inside the maxilla) pens to the post. part of Semilunar hiatus and goes to nasal cavity

!) "phenoidal sinus (It is located in body of sphenoid bone below the hypophyseal fossa and separated by septum) !y opening of sphenoidal aperture enters to sphenoethmoidal recess and through it goes to sup. part of nasal cavity
