SPECIAL STITCHES
Shell: (4 dc, ch 2, dc) in place indicated.
Half shell: 4 dc in place indicated.
Row 1: Ch a multiple of 7 plus 11, dc in
5th ch from hook (first 4 chs count as first
dc and ch-1), *ch 2, sk next 5 chs**, 4 dc
in next ch, ch 2, dc in next ch, rep from
* across, ending last rep at **, half shell
(see Special Stitches) in last ch, turn.
Row 2: Ch 4 (counts as first dc and
ch-1), dc in same st, [ch 2, shell (see
Special Stitches) in ch sp of next shell]
across to last shell, ch 2, half shell in last
ch sp, turn.
Row 3: Ch 4, dc in same st, *ch 2, sk next
ch- 2 sp**, shell in ch sp of next shell, rep
from * across, ending last rep at **, half
shell in last ch-1 sp.
