The evaluation on the success/ failure of the public relations objectives can be done
based on the criteria:
Feedback from the consumers
Creating good image and impression among the customer was one of the public
relations objectives for Indah Water Konsortium Compan! The success/ failure of the
objective can be measure on how the consumers thought about the compan! Thus" in
order to grabs the consumers# attention" the compan itself should provide a good
sewerage services to the consumers! $ providing good services to the consumers" it
can create good impression towards the compan! The compan can evaluate their
success/failure of objective through the feedback from the consumers! If the satisfied
with the service" the give a good response while if the dissatisfied with the service"
the can lodge a complaints! From the feedback" we can decide if we achieve the
objectives or not!
Create mutual relationship among the pressure group
%eveloping more cooperation between Indah Water Konsortium Compan and others
are also the important objective! When man parties are have the same interest and
concern" it is much easier to set an opinion and influences other! Thus" the
success/failure of this objective is through the number of pressure group that shares the
same interest with Indah Water Konsortium Compan! The higher the numbers of
pressure group involve in the compan" the higher the chances for the compan to
achieve its objective!
Customer &atisfaction
'pgrading Indah Water Konsortium Compan services to the current consumers is also
the objective for this compan! It is a good social responsibilit towards the consumer
and this will create a good impression from the consumers! Thus" customer satisfaction
can also be an evaluation on the success/failure of the objectives! The compan
objective is achieved if a consumer was satisfied with the services! If the consumer
dissatisfied" it means that the compan had fail to reach the objective!
