Students are engaged in a challenging curriculum


focused upon 21

century skills that are based on
inquiry and collaboration for real-world
application. Students are comfortable using
Chromebooks and additional technology via the
internet and multiple web 2.0 tools. Students
take responsibility for their own educational
success.

E-learning in my classroom creates learning opportunities that are
characterized by a foundation of theories and pedagogy and a focus on the
integration of technology. All students have open access and training
available to them within my e-course. Technology is an essential, natural
element and approach used to facilitate and enhance learning via
Chromebooks.
Best practices for eLearning enable the relevant and high-quality learning
activities that are accessible to all of my students via Schoology and My Big
Campus, both learning management systems.

These opportunities increase student engagement and success and transform
my classroom into an environment where every student is capable of
achieving their goals and feeling successful. Students work to their full
potential.

The essential components of my eLearning classroom entwine the use of
online technologies like Web 2.0 tools, social media, and games into the
learning process so the learning experience is enhanced for EACH of my
students.
In addition, the use of multiple digital tools for curriculum delivery (E-
course) and assessments are included as well, encouraging ongoing
interaction and collaboration between learners and myself.
