Managing the entire recruitment cycle.


Sourcing the candidate resume from job portal Naukri, Monster, Times job, LinkedIn, Hirecraft
software.
Uploading, monitoring and maintaining job posting on job portals.
Screening the resume as per requirement.
Referencing
Head Hunting
Coaching & Counseling candidates prior to their interview.
Conducting the initial telephonic interview of the candidate to find out the interested level for the
particular position.
Sending the profiles of the interested candidate to the HR.
Salary Negotiations for Candidates on Offer Stages and also convincing Candidates to Join.
Conducting informal & formal reference checks.
Complete candidate coordination till the acceptance of offer and joining of the candidate. Checking
them on their suitability for skill set, salary package, location, work authorization, etc.
Working on all types of recruitment i.e. Permanent & Contract.
Recruitment done for across the level.

Maintaining files and handling joining formalities
Maintaining data on the companys data base.
Keeping a track record of the position handled, number of profiles send, short listed candidate, and
candidate offered, candidate joined.
Managing client details address, concern person name, number, brief company profile.
Prepare and maintain reports and interview register.

Meeting
Interacting for various manpower requirements.
Building and maintaining cordial business relationship.
