Participated in activities that were meant to find my leadership style.

Elected Sophomore Representative, Student Government at Blackstone Academy Charter School,
Pawtucket, R.I
Organized school events, such as Movie Night, Sophomore Game Night, Spirit Week,
etc., and carried them out. This included getting plans approved by the principal, ordering
food, collecting and counting ticket money.
Worked in a team with other grade representatives.
Worked with fellow sophomore class representative.
Met with sophomore class regarding their wishes for the upcoming school year.

Letter Carriers Food Drive Volunteer, Rhode Island Food Bank, Olneyville Post Office,
Providence, RI
Worked as a part of the Stamp Out Hunger food drive.
Worked with one other teenager to unpack 852 non-perishable food items from separate
bags and containers, and then pack 2 large boxes with the food items that were donated
by the residents of Providence.

Volunteer, HOBY RI, Scituate, RI
Worked with team members to put together baby bags (with diapers, baby toys, and
bottles).
Wrote get well cards to children in the hospital.

Volunteer, Shri Studio, Pawtucket, RI
Set up necessary materials like yoga mats, chairs, and blocks.
Wrote short reviews of each class.
Encouraged students in the Adaptive Yoga class: a class for men and women with
developmental and intellectual disabilities.

Cared for ten children while their parents took a class on the second floor for an hour
