NICENE CREED
The Creed (in my words)
I believe in one God,
the Father almighty,
We believe in god and god brings light into our life
maker of heaven and earth,
of all things visible and invisible
Everything is linked to god
I believe in one Lord, Jesus Christ,
the only Begotten Son of God,
born of the Father before all ages
Jesus is the only son of god
God from God, Light from Light,
true God from true God,
begotten, not made,
consubstantial with the Father;
Through him all things were made.
God is the one true god that we believe in
For us men and our salvation
He came down from heaven:
and by the Holy Spirit was
incarnate of the Virgin Mary, and
became man.
Jesus was sent from heaven by god. So he could make a
difference in our world
For our sake he was crucified under
Pontius Pilate;
he suffered death and was buried.
He died on the cross
And he rose again on the third day
There are three parts of god
He ascended into heaven and is
seated at the right hand of the
Father
He died for our sins and intended
He will come again in glory to judge
the living and the dead, and his
kingdom will have no end.
God doesnt judge
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the Lord, the giver of life,
who proceeds from the Father and
Son.
I believe that the holy spirit is with us at every minute of
the day.
Who with the Father and Son is
adored and glorified,
Who has spoken through the
prophets.
We believe the bible speaks tells the stories of Jesus ago
and we adore and glorify him by doing the sign of the
cross
I believe in one holy, catholic and
apostolic church.
I confess one baptism for the
forgiveness of sins.
As Christines we believe the bible is the teaching of the
catholic church
And I look forward to the
resurrection of the dead, and the
life of the world to come.

We believe god will forgive us, as long as we have respect
for everyone
