Dear Mrs Reding,

here I am sending you (on the knowledge) my Open letter to the President and Steering Committe
of the Croatian Bar Association (CBA) with the verdict (in Appendix) of the Municipal Violation Court at
Stari Grad in my favour, which proves that all my conduct towards that organisation was legally
correct, because the prosecutor Dijana Zorii, member of the CBA, clamed to the Court the opposite.

As you can see from the copy of AVIS de reception, the letter was received at CBA on June 3, 2014.

Now my claims and actions related to CBA, as well as my two disciplinary reports of March 13,
2012 and September 13, 2012 on both of which reports to this day I have not received any response from
CBA, are directly and/or indirectly supported not only by 12 state and non-governmental instances (see
Open letter p. 5-6), but also by the court verdict, I think that the situation in my case can`t be more clear
than it is, and that is the reason why this time I will endure with my total hunger strike till the end.

The other inportant reason for that decision is the fact that on April 14, 2014 on Croatian national
television HRT sociologist prof. dr. Renato Mati and journalist Branimir Bili accused lawyers mafia
structures for a extremely difficult situation in the country which if this structures weren`t tolerated by
CBA as responsible guild organization, could not exist in Croatia, and for which structures I have clearly
proven that they exist even in the CBA itself. That fact was also confirmed to me by CBA`s high officials
Tamara Abel and Jadranko rnko, who told me that the same situation is in CBA since 2002, and that
nobody normal doesn`t want anything to do with them in the Bar (=CBA) (see my Official letter sent on
July 3, 2013, p. 7, footnote 8, and here enclosed Open letter, p. 7, footnote 68).
I am also sending you here my letter to the new chief of BCCOC (USKOK) which was under Mladen
Baji protecting crime of their colegues in CBA.

I am sincerely asking you that - in the case of my death of which you will be informed by Croatian
associations for the protection of human rights who are familiar with my case you send a copy of our
official communication and attached documentation (CD sent on July 3, 2013) to the Council of Bars and
Law Societies of Europe (address: Rue Joseph II 40/8, Bruxelles), so that CBA could be disbarred from its
membership for the reason of repetitious malpractice and obvious radical corruption, so they won`t be
able to do send to death to nobody else after me. They have to be stopped, because by their illegal
conduct - they are already responsible for 1 murder, and 5 suicides, as I already informed you in my
Official letters sent on July 3, and July 31, 2013. Please stop them.
