Recruitment and selection
This Department in sail is looked after by MR. PAWAN KUMAR. Recruitment is done through open advertisement
followed by an exam.
Short term as well long term recruitments are done depending upon the need in the organization.
IR and union
This department was looked after by MR. JITENDER KUMAR at Bhilai steel plant. Presently he is handling estate
management.
Various committees are formed in order to safe guard the interest of organization as well its employees like

Compensation in sail comprises of both monetary as well as non monetary aspects. Since sail is a government
organization they follow the guideline prescribed by the government.
