THE FAMILY ON TOP OF THE HILL

In the big, big town, people are scared of nothing

In all the big towns, except the town of Downhill, because they all know that if
they are not careful enough, one day the thing will come down from its lair in
the clouds. But what they do not know is that the thing is actually the dog of
Trixie Keys, the little girl living in the house uphill. Her family was quite peculiar,
her father was a giant, her mum a vampire, her grandpa a mummy and her
grandma the ghost of a beautifully scary Egyptian lady.
Her house was, how can I put it, dangerous to live in if you were not used to
arrows whizzing past your ear when you open your bedroom door. Not to
mention the:
-trapdoors -10 torture rooms
-false doors -1 bathroom with hidden spikes on the floor
-False steps -110 corridors
- And lots of other dangerous things

Weirdly, Trixies bedroom was not dangerous, it had a skull-shaped bed, a pack
of wolf plushies lying on the pillows. The carpet was made from polar bear skin
(there were also normal teenage posters on the walls).
One day, Trixie decided to invite her friend Cherry for a sleepover. Bad move. As
soon as Cherry saw the house she gave a yelp and whispered frantically in
Trixies ear: its the things lair! To her surprise, Trixie laughed and said: no
silly, its my house!
