Abstract. The article is dedicated to the disclosure of peculiarities of forming and developing a culture of thinking of cadets and students during the classes of mathematics and information technology. These peculiarities are determined by

Abstract. In the article the author poses a question concerning the possibility of conducting a general meeting of
the members of a limited liability company with the participation of one person representing the interests of all
the members by proxy. The author concludes that conducting general meetings in such a form is not regulated
by the law but is not prohibited as well. The author states
that conducting a general meeting in the form of participation of one authorized representative could be in demand and offers to supplement the legislation by the corresponding norms.

Abstract. In this article the approaches to the definition of

the concepts of resocialization and readaptation concerning the people prone to delinquent behavior are considered. The author suggests that it is necessary to use interdisciplinary approach as a methodological basis of the
work with people prone to delinquent behavior. He
grounds the crucial role of legal culture in the process of
perfecting social functioning. Analyzing the phenomenon
of social responsibility the author emphasizes the importance of upbringing of a person oriented at internal control locus which has a tendency of alteration in the process of ontogenesis.

Abstract. The article covers hermeneutic problems of legal texts in Soviet jurisprudence, defines the importance
of legal hermeneutics during this period, considers different points of view related to understanding, interpreting
and applying legal norms in Soviet legal literature. The
author states the position concerning the reasons for declining the hermeneutic approach to the interpretation of
legal texts in Soviet legal science.

Abstract. The North Caucasus is a multinational, polyconfessional and difficult from the point of view of
classes region. During the period of the XIX-XX centuries polyjuridism was formed here which meant the use of
religious norms and customary law on the one hand and
state law of Russia on the other. The author emphasizes
the role of regional administrative norms in the regulation
of marriage and family relations of mountain dwellers.
On the basis of the analysis of norms of the administrative act of the head of Tersk Region the author considers
the problem of bride-money.

Abstract. The article considers features of social and legal

status of junior ranks in the penitentiary system of Siberia
in 19171919. The interaction of the penitentiary system
and changing political regimes during the Civil War is
analyzed. The peculiarities of the legal status of junior
ranks who served in Siberia and European parts of Russia
are pointed out. The legal acts of governments in white
Siberia on the issues of functioning of the penitentiary
system of Siberia are studied.
