Ms. Holmes's role is to apply social work principles to guide the professional practice, understanding diversity and the differences in theories and practice. Ms. Holmes engages in the assessment process, learning
and usage of interventions, co-facilite groups, evaluate students and their needs and collaborating with outside agencies.

Ms. Holmes participated in school events and parent meetings, performs classroom observations, supervised individual sessions, developed interventions and learning how to self-monitor. Ms. Holmes maintained
students records, monitored her students behavior, academic grades and attendance.

Ms. Holmes is very professional and performed her tasks well. Ms. Holmes met the expectations as a social work intern. I will note that Ms. Holmes has great emphathy and understanding when interacting with her
