Dear Sir/Madam,

I have been repeatedly following up regarding my complaint with you. However, no solution has been
provided in this regard. The loan has been disbursed in a hurry without communicating the terms and
conditions to me loan tenure, rate of interest and !MI and moreover, when it is different from what was
told to me when I had signed the loan application form. Moreover, the ban" has deducted this month#s
!MI which was not communicated to me.
In the previous mail I had as"ed the ban" if the ban" has a proof that it has communicated the loan tenure
and rate of interest, !MI amount before disbursing the amount the ban" has no proof/call recording.
How can the ban" charge such a rate of interest, a tenure, an !MI which has not been communicated at
the time of disbursing and is different from what has been told to the customer at the point of sale.
