Individual tracking systems can prevent all this sort of activities. The U.S and
Indian markets are in a need of these products. All we have to do as
organization is creating awareness of the product.
Target:-
. Premium Schools, High Net worth Parents, Apartments, Paediatrician
Hospital.

Sales Channels:-
Institutional Sales (schools, Child care centers, Apartments, Paediatrician
Hospital, kids related websites)
Strategy and Implementation:-
Differentiate from competitors.
This will be easy, if product has more capabilities. We need to establish our
products as cost efficient, viable solutions for our target markets.
Build a relationship-oriented business.
TO do the institutional sales in the best way, we have to build a relationship
with clients to ensure the constant cash flows by sales.
Focus on target markets.
We need to focus our sales and marketing efforts strategically in order to
succeed in our target markets. I believe the consumer market and channel sales
will give us the quickest results and penetration while immediately generating
revenues to sustain our company's growth and expansion into other markets.
Fulfilling the promise.
We can't just market and sell our products, service and support; we must
actually deliver as well. We need to make sure we have the technological
knowledge we claim to have, while keeping up with evolving technologies to
advance the capabilities of newest products and services

Costing:-
To control the cost of sales, the best approach of sales is one to many
rather than one to one sales. Here our target groups also institutes. By
doing institutional sales we can control the cost of sales. And at the same
time this direct sales approach helps to create more impact on customers.
Pushing our products through on-line channels helps organisation to
reach out the individuals, who are spread across the geography with
minimum cost and gives more visibility.

Market Growth Plan:-
Top Down approach
Initially we have to focus on the premium schools and top of the
pyramid individuals. By doing this we can create aspirational branding
for the product in the lower category of target groups. So that we can
penetrate into the entire pyramid easily.
