Know Your Teachers:
Identify Early Adopters and Reluctant
Learners

STEP 2: Ways to Differentiate Tech
PD:

1 to 1: Set up 1 to 1 trainings with your CIT
and teacher as needed
Peer: Send Teachers to training and then
return to deliver Train the Trainer to their peers
in PLCs and in groups
Group: Make Tech PD a priority in Early
Dismissals and Faculty Meetings/Create
atmosphere of learning so teachers know it is
okay to fail
Online: Encourage teachers to take online
courses in eTrain

Hold teachers accountable for attending PD that is built into

Find the correct tools for your campus and understand that
