May 31 or April 1 Start of OJT in your respective company



April 7-8 Enrollment of OJT
Proceed to the Finance Office and pay the corresponding amount of your tuition fee.
Engineering 3 units + miscellaneous
Architecture 2 units + miscellaneous
Look for the practicum coordinator at the SH Deans Office.
Submit the ff. requirements in a FOLDER:
(Resume with picture, CEAOJT Forms 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, medical certificate, receipt from finance)
Wait for your registration form and Check the OJT subject in Campus + +

Checking of Weekly Attendance Sheet and Daily Work Activities at the Deans Office

Training Evaluation Form signed and sealed by your supervisor and
Mid-Training Report (Format to follow) at the Deans Office.

May 19 Start of Final Report Presentation for Architecture students (160 hours)

May 26 - 29 Schedule of Final Report Presentation
