    Marcia Morgan is the co-owner and co-host of The Mommy Gamers podcast and website. She participates annually in Extra Life, a 24-hour gaming marathon to raise funds for Children's Miracle Network Hospitals. In 2013 Marcia organized an event for Extra Life, leading her team in raising over $8,000 and helping Wolfson Children's Hospital raise over $18,000. Marcia is currently a student at the University of North Florida, working towards her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with emphasis in public relations. In the past she has worked for Sarcastic Gamer as a writer and co-host of the SG Pink Podcast, and for The Married Gamers as a writer. Marcia has been featured in Patrick Scott Patterson's "Women of Gaming" segment, and Unreality Magazine for her leadership role locally for Extra Life. She also travels across the United States to cover gaming events including PAX Prime, PAX East, Megacon and Florida Supercon for her website, TheMommyGamers.com. As far as career aspirations go, Marcia hopes to continue to develop her website and use her skills either in the gaming industry, or in her local community in a charitable organization. When Marcia is not studying or working on her website, she spends time with her small herd of children, cultivates her butterfly and herb gardens, and tries out new recipes for her family and friends.
