Hearty Corn Casserole Recipe

Ingredients
8 ounce(s) corn, creamed
1 cup(s) corn, whole kernel, undrained
2 teaspoon sugar
1 cup(s) egg substitute
1 tablespoon oil, canola
6 1/2 ounce(s) cornbread mix
Preparation
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees F. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients together; including the
liquid from the corn.
2. Pour the batter into a nonstick loaf pan and bake for 45 minutes or until puffed and golden.
