Open Acrobat Pro. Go to the FILE menu, and choose CREATE PDF -> FROM SCREEN
CAPTURE
Be sure your screen is the way you want it before doing this. Acrobat will capture what's on the entire
screen immediately.

If you want to just capture a window, choose CREATE PDF -> FROM WINDOW

When you have chosen this command, the cursor changes to a camera icon. Click on the open

To capture your choice of a part of the screen as a PDF, choose CREATE PDF -> FROM
SELECTION CAPTURE...
The cursor will change into a crosshair. Click and drag over a portion of the screen you wish to
capture, then release the mouse button. Acrobat will open a PDF with that section of the screen.
