Dear Amazon Representative, My name is Marissa and I am writing to address you of the unsatisfactory service I have received from your company. On June 1, 2014 I received a flower vase that I had ordered on April 2, 2014. Upon arrival, the vase was completely shattered and was unable to be used. Needless to say I was very disappointed when I found the vase that I have been waiting for over two months was damaged beyond repair. The 30 day warranty states that if the vase is defective in anyway, I can get a replacement within the warranty period. I am prepared to send the damaged product to the return address on the package and I would like your confirmation that by returning the product I will be able to receive a new, undamaged vase in return.
