Dear Mr. Wilson :

Thank you for your cooperation with us to providing equipment for our project are located in Papua.
In accordance with the purchase order No. 22/01/X/2012 on October 01, 2012, the equipment we order
are:
1. Excavator 2 units
2. Tower Crane 1 unit
3. Hydraulic Drilling Machine 2 units

Accordance with the agreement, Mr. Wilson as Supplier Manager PT. Tangguh Gigih Perkasa promised
to provide customized the equipment on October 15, 2012. But until now October 16,2012, we have not
receive notice when the equipment will come.

Please, i ask for your cooperation. Because the equipment is so we need to work at the projects that will
soon take place in Pupua.

Please contact our Inventory Department Manager, at 0811-XXX-XXX for notification as soon as possible,
when the equipment will be immediately sent.
