From the concept of up sampling from digital signal processing, the signal will be over sampled in digital domain. The method is used for sample
rate conversion (we can increase or decrease the sampling rate) and also used for increasing the resolution (we may have to induce noise to
original signal). In this case there is no impact on reconstructing the original signal (since we will have more samples) but it depends on the rate
at which input signal is changing.
We are applying the above approach to speed up the latency of averaging block by running the block in two different phases and estimating the
mid value of two different samples. Here the five samples are generated from three different samples and the first four samples will be forwarded
to averaging. This is can be accomplished within two clock cycles.
