Reflection:


I get the feeling that some of the numbers are wrong. With these numbers, Im taking in
half of the calories I need to be the weight I am. If the numbers are right, then Im on my way to
losing weight. I did cut out a lot of the snacks Ive been eating in the past. It also just so happens
that this week I didnt buy most of my meals. Some weeks I buy food rather than make it. Ive
also been waking up late and as a result skipping breakfast or just having a very small one. That
probably reduced calories a lot. Some times I have rice or cereal for breakfast and those have
quite a lot of calories. If I can keep up this sort of diet for all my weeks and add exercise, I could
lose some weight.
