 Means a way of communicating any type of information in
forms that can be read or looked at. visual communication
includes :tow dimensional images , graphic design,
illustration, drawing etc. visual communication creates a
visual effect made especially to persuade or to impress
people. visual communication and it’s level is measured
not on the way these images are created but not on the
public reacts at seeing them .

management by the employees . A proper
platform should be arranged where lower staff
can inform the manager about problems.
 TEVTA should introduce computer courses in
institutions and is made compulsory for all
teaching, administrative, and clerical staff to
have computer knowledge .
