Observation:
Lack of Cold storage is responsible for costliness of food, vegetables and other croups
We are exporting vegetable at low cost due to lack of storage
Suggestion
Alternate source of energy would be utilized to run the cold storage
Rajasthan & other Hot State in South - feasibility check need to be organized for Solar energy
Places near sea can be utilized and generate power from Wind Energy
Villages can develop Bio Mass Energy from Cow Dunk
State having river can use Hydro Power for feeding cold storage

General Public will get Benefit
Lots of potential for Cold storage & utilization of alternate source of energy -INDIA growth
Farmer and agriculture sector will get big growth potential.
