KIMMERIDGIAN LIMESTONE. HE PRACTICES SUSTAINABLE FARMING, AND USES
ORGANIC COMPOSTS TO TREAT THE VINES. TYPICALLY, HE HARVESTS HIS

AND POWERFUL, THIS WINE IS EXCELLENT WHEN YOUNG TO ENJOY THE FULL
POWER AND FRUITS.

WHILE NOT MADE BY THE PRODUCER OF THE FAMED CHATEAU FIGEAC, THE
VINEYARD IS RIGHT NEXT TO THAT FAMED PROPERTY. THE FAMILY HAS
OWNED THIS VINEYARD FOR OVER 500 YEARS.

EARTHIER THAN ITS AMERICAN VERSION, AND WITH A HEALTHY AMOUNT OF
CABERNET FRANC, THIS WINE IS PERFECT FOR ANY DISH SHOWING
