SAP NetWeaver 7.02 ABAP Developer Edition System Requirements:

JRE 1.4.2.x or 1.5.0.x for Installation

Operating System:

Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 2) or Windows Server 2003 and Windows Vista (english)

Hostname must not exceed 13 characters

NTFS-File systems

Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher or Firefox 1.0 or higher (newest recommended)

At least 2 GB RAM (recommended 4-8 GB)

Intel Pentium III/1.1 GHz or higher (or compatible)

50 GB hard disk space temporary during installation - 36 GB permanent

High-resolution monitor (1024x768 or higher, 256 colors)

Make sure that no other SAP system is installed on your computer.


These are the minimum requirements for ECC 6.0 only for ABAP Development.
Try to install SAP NetWeaver 7.02 ABAP Developer Edition.
