hello, i am looking forward to become a strength athlete.


I was hoping if you could guide me in right direction.
i am doing starting strength routine.
DL-115kg 5 reps
Squat-104kg 5 reps
Benchpress-67kg 5 reps
OHP-48kg 5 reps
Unfortunately, i am not able to add weight to lifts every workout.
Should i change my routine?
I weigh 80kg @ 5'10 21 years old
I was eating a lot,drinking upto 3 Litres of milk,but also i have added a bunch
of fat like 20%,but you were very lean when you were Deadlifting 170kg.
Any help would be appreciated
