Get into a comfortable position.
Turn pages in each new book. Turn pages with your index finger using a circular
motion. Turn pages both from front to back and back to front.
Open the book to the place you want to start.
Make sure the back cover of the book is flat on the table, with the top cover nearly
perpendicular to the table.
Tilt your head and point your eyes at the table in the vicinity of the book.
Close your eyes very gently and concentrate on your breathing. Become very aware of
your breathing. As you concentrate on your breathing, you notice that it slows down
and levels out as you relax.
As you relax, give the following suggestions to your subconscious mind:
My subconscious sees every word very clearly.
My fingers turn the pages smoothly and evenly.
I am able to recall all needed information from (book title) after I photograph it.
Open your eyes and stare toward the book as if you are staring off into space, or as
though you are daydreaming. Stare until you go out of focus, or approximately 10-15
seconds. Stay aware of the four corners of the material to be photographed, but make
your focal point about a foot through or just past the book. Keep staring, keep staring.

allow everything to blur out.
Start turning pages at 2 pages per second. Count inwardly at the rate of 1 count per
second, and keeping that cadence, give the subconscious mind suggestions.

Upon completion of the book, look at the front cover for a few seconds, using it to store
that specific book. Then close your eyes and give yourself
