THE COMPANIES (FEES PAYABLE TO REGISTRAR) REGULATIONS, 2005
1. These Regulations may be cited as the Companies (Fees payable to Registrar) Citation
Regulations 2005, and shall come into force on the date of publication.
Interpretation
2. In these Regulation, the Act means the Companies Act 2002.

3. The Schedule to these Regulations has effect with respect to the fees payable to
Registrar of Companies for the performance of his functions under the Act as follows:
