The undersigned recommended the deletion of the following materials from database of official library
listings of books
your good office may have for your approval. Mr. Roger Bartholomew borrowed four
titles of books and incessantly informed the librarians that he returned them already. Please see
attached documents for your
study.
The deletion would mean clearing Mr. Bartholomew and the current librarian(s) of library obligations
and/or accountability and that the books will no longer be items for any inventory activity in the SISC
