Conflict

Conflict is the disagreement between parties due to difference of opinion or cultural differences.
Conflict can either be substantive in nature which means disagreement over goals and means or
conflict can also be emotional in nature that is due to anger, fear, mistrust, etc.
Conflict can be resolved through conflict resolution measures which start with identifying the major
problem causing the conflict. Some of the measures include negotiation, mediation, diplomacy and
creative peacebuilding.
