Dear Maam Norkee,
Please accept this letter as my formal resignation as Management Trainee for McDonalds. My last day
with the company will be on September 30, 2013.
I have accepted a position in another company in which I believe would be able to offer me more
challenge and opportunity for advancement, as well as allow me to broaden my own skills, experience
and knowledge.
I want to take this opportunity to thank you and McDonalds during the last one year and ten months of
my stay. I appreciate the support, guidance and concern you have given me on a personal and
professional level. This was not an easy decision for me to make, as I consider people I work with at
McDonalds my second family that I will surely miss.
